Booking Conditions:

• 100% deposits are required for one night stays. A 50% deposit is required to confirm all other bookings.
  
• Once the deposit has been paid, the booking is confirmed.
  
• If the deposit has not been paid, and the courtesy hold period has expired, the room is not guaranteed.
  
• Full payment can be deposited prior to arrival, if preferred.
  
• No cheques accepted.

Child Policy:

Children of all ages are welcome. Please check with Mont Fleur first before making a booking to confirm Child Rates. Children are the responsibility of the parents at all times.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancelling more than 30 days in advance, deposit is refundable less a cancellation fee of R 450 per room cancelled.
  
• Cancelling 30 days or less in advance, deposit is: Non-refundable.
  
• Full payment will be charged in cases of:
  
  • Cancellations 0 - 7 days in advance
    
  • No-Shows
    
  • Early departures
